Information we collect

• Account details from Google sign-in (name, email address, avatar).
• The Chrome extensions and keywords you choose to track.
• Basic technical logs required to operate and secure the service.

Cookies and analytics

On our public pages we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, and its cookies are set when you visit. We do not use them for advertising and do not share the data with ad platforms. You can block or delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings, or use its tracking-protection features. Signed-in dashboard pages use only the cookies required for authentication.

How we use information

We use your information solely to authenticate you, run keyword rank checks, display your dashboard, and send in-app notifications. We do not sell your data.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share, transfer, or disclose it to third parties, except in the limited cases below:

• With trusted service providers who process data solely on our behalf and under our instructions to host, operate, and secure the service.
• When you explicitly direct or authorize us to share it.
• When required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy or notify you of any material change.

Third-party integrations

We offer optional third-party integrations, such as Google Analytics. If you choose to connect the Google Analytics integration, we access your Google Analytics data (read-only, for the account you authorize) solely to display insights in your own dashboard. We never sell it, share it with third parties except service providers acting on our behalf or where required by law, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI or machine learning models. It is encrypted in transit and at rest; you can disconnect the integration or request deletion at any time, and we will remove the associated data within a commercially reasonable period. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we protect your data

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including sensitive data, against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. These measures are designed to include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls and authentication limiting access to those who need it, and retention of data only for as long as we reasonably need it to provide the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and while we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data retention

Rank checks and store snapshots are retained to build your position history. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, and we will delete it within a commercially reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted to retain it (for example, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements). Residual copies may persist in routine backups for a limited period before being overwritten.

International users

We operate the service from a limited number of locations, and by using it you understand your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live, which may have different data-protection rules.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
